Essential Business Guidelines
As determined by the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency
According to the DHS CISA guidelines, we have been deemed an Essential Business. We take that pretty seriously, and accept the responsibility that comes with it. The safety and security of our employees and customers comes first. Therefore, we will follow all guidelines set forth by federal, state and local governments, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), and other agencies as required or recommended by our elected officials.
For those who prefer to shop from home
For those who prefer not to venture out but need our services, you may order online or by phone. Payments can also be submitted online, by phone, and once an account is set up, you can pay by text.
The first line of defense
We are committed to the first line of defense during this pandemic – the wearing of masks. Face coverings are optional if you are fully vaccinated; however we ask that unvaccinated individuals please wear a mask when in our stores.
Something we take very seriously
Stores have marked spots on the floor six feet apart to help those maintain social distancing if necessary to stand in line and additional social distancing directives have been issued with regard to interpersonal customer interaction.
Always a part of our daily routine
While clean stores and products are a part of our daily routine, we have raised the bar with a heightened emphasis on common touch areas such as door handles and counters. Handwashing, hand sanitizer, disinfectant sprays and wipes are all a part of our arsenal in fighting this virus.
Employee Self Checks
Assessing ourselves before we come to work
Employees self-assess before coming to work, and are required to stay home if they show symptoms. In addition, those who have a family member who is sick and COVID-19 is suspected, or symptoms are similar, have been told to stay home.
